Shipping

We work our hardest to ensure that your Bucklesbury is in your hands as soon as possible. This does mean that we are unable to make order amendments and address amendments. We are also unable to cancel your order once it has been placed, however you can return your parcel if it is unwanted. To find out how, please see below.

If your ordered item becomes out of stock, you will be offered an alternative or you will be able to place a pre-order.  Products ordered as pre-order will be delivered when the product becomes available.  As every Bucklesbury is hand crafted, it can take many weeks before a pre-order becomes available for shipping. 

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO, MAIL, BFPO and APO Boxes. All orders must be signed for by the recipient upon delivery.

We are currently teamed with a variety of difference carriers, including UPS, DHL, DPD, wnDirect, FedEx, Parcel Force and BEX (Bolly-man Express), who do their utmost to get your order to you on time, whichever corner of the globe you are in.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason the item that you have ordered is not right for you, please return it, unused and with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that it does not qualify as one of the exceptions listed below.

You will also be responsible for any return postage costs involved to return the order, and must ensure that the item is suitably packaged and protected to avoid damage.  Items being returned must be sent fully tracked and recorded and must be insured against loss or damage.  If a returned item is deemed upon receipt to have been used or damaged, no refund or exchange will be offered to you.

Return & Exchange Exception 1: Personalisation & Made-to-Order

Please note that items that have been embossed, personalised or made-to-order cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Exception 2: Discounted & Sale Items

Please note that we are unable to accept any returns on discounted or sale items under any circumstances. Discounted items can be returned for an exchange only.

Return & Exchange Exception 3: Gift Purchases

Refunds for gift purchases can only be made to the original buyer to the same credit card or payment method that was used to make the purchase.

 

How To Make A Return or Exchange

Please follow the following steps for returning or exchanging items bought online:

1) Please contact us with your order number and request a return or exchange, stating the reason.  If the return is due to a fault with the bag you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.

2) Once we have responded to you and authorised a return or exchange, package up the unwanted item as described above, and send the package to the returns address that we will provide.

3) Refunds will be processed within 5-15 working days via the original method of payment. We are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit your bank account as it will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please be advised that you will be charged for the cost of return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges if the item isn’t faulty.

Please be aware that an orders despatched to China will be subject to DDP charges and that the refund of these charges are subject to terms and conditions.

 

Product Guarantee

Every handmade Bucklesbury carries a 12-month warranty that must be registered from the 'Register Your Bucklesbury' page on our website. If, once that you have registered your Bucklesbury, within a 12-month period from making your purchase you find fault with your product, we offer a personal repair service at no extra cost to you.

Should you have any concerns with your purchase outside of this period then please do let us know, as we will endeavour to assist you and offer a repair where possible.  However, there may be a small charge for any repairs outside of the guarantee period, but we will always advice of any costs before we proceed.

Please note an original proof of purchase will be required.

 

Taxes & Duties

United States of America & Canada

All shipments to the United States of America from Bucklesbury placed after 30th March 2016 and under the value of $800 will be subject to free duties and taxes. This promotion applies to deliveries to the United States of America only. All deliveries to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes and admin fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

China

All shipments to China from Bucklesbury placed from Friday 2nd October 2015 have duties and taxes applied at checkout to ensure a speedy delivery. This means if you order from our site for delivery to China, all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Russia

All shipments to Russia will now be delivered by SPSR the local carrier.

You will receive an e-mail requesting your Russian Passport details directly from the carrier and once the information is received and processed then the despatch process will begin – Delivery will be approximately eight to ten working days from that date.

Kindly note the shipments are subject to possible delays and will not always be despatched within our normal seven working days criteria.

Under the new customs clearance procedures, any customer who makes purchases over €1000 or weighing over 31Kgs per month, will have to pay duty on their items in order for them to clear customs.

Rest Of World

All shipments from Bucklesbury to countries outside the EU or China are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means if you order from our site for delivery outside the EU including Switzerland or Norway, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when your delivery reaches the destination.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and admin fees incurred, therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

Packaging

All orders are sent in a branded Bucklesbury box where possible. If you prefer discreet packaging please request this in the 'special instruction' field at the checkout.

If you are looking to buy more than two Bucklesbury laptop cases outside of the UK, please note this may incur additional charges.
